Connect Blitz To Your Apps

Use this guide to connect each live Blitz connector and understand what Blitz can do after you approve a live action.

Approval boundary

Connecting an app gives Blitz permission to prepare live actions. Blitz still requires a click on the run output before it writes rows, creates events, sends messages, sends emails, publishes pages, creates payment links, or deploys sites.

OAuth

Connect

What Blitz Can Do

  • - Append generated tracker rows to Google Sheets.
  • - Create owner review and follow-up events in Google Calendar.
  • - Send approved proof emails through Gmail.
  • - Upload proof pages and generated artifacts to Google Drive.

Steps To Connect

  1. 1. Open Connectors.
  2. 2. Choose the workspace you want to connect.
  3. 3. In the Google Workspace card, click Connect Google.
  4. 4. Sign in with Google and approve the requested access.
  5. 5. Return to Blitz and run Test connection from the connector command center.
  6. 6. Approve individual Sheets, Calendar, Gmail, or Drive actions from a run output when you want Blitz to execute them.

Notes

  • - Google is connected once, but Blitz stores separate states for Sheets, Calendar, Gmail, and Drive.
  • - Blitz still requires approval before writing rows, creating events, sending email, or uploading files.

What Blitz Can Do

  • - Create a Notion page from a Blitz run report.
  • - Publish workflow proof notes into a shared operating workspace.
  • - Create durable runbooks for SMB implementation handoffs.

Steps To Connect

  1. 1. Open Connectors and choose a workspace.
  2. 2. In the Notion card, click Connect Notion with OAuth.
  3. 3. Choose the Notion workspace and pages Blitz can access.
  4. 4. Return to Blitz.
  5. 5. Add a Default parent page ID if you want pages created inside a specific page.
  6. 6. Click Connect Notion to save defaults.
  7. 7. Approve Create Notion workflow runbook from a run output.

Needed

  • - For internal tokens, create a Notion integration and share the destination page with that integration.
  • - A Default parent page ID is recommended for predictable page creation.

What Blitz Can Do

  • - Send approved WhatsApp Cloud text messages.
  • - Send proof messages to a configured sandbox or default recipient.
  • - Keep live customer messaging gated behind explicit approval.

Steps To Connect

  1. 1. Open Connectors and choose a workspace.
  2. 2. In the WhatsApp Cloud card, paste the Meta WhatsApp Cloud access token.
  3. 3. Add the Phone Number ID.
  4. 4. Optionally add a default sandbox recipient.
  5. 5. Confirm the Graph API version, for example v19.0.
  6. 6. Click Connect WhatsApp.
  7. 7. Approve a WhatsApp action from a run output when you want Blitz to send.

  • - WhatsApp Cloud access token
  • - Phone Number ID
  • - Sandbox or customer recipient for tests

Notes

  • - Blitz does not send WhatsApp messages from sandbox workflow simulation. Live sends happen only after approval.

Slack

OAuth or bot token

Team handoffs and operational summaries.

  • - Post approved workflow summaries to a Slack channel.
  • - Notify teams when proof artifacts and runbooks are ready.
  • - Share implementation handoffs after a run completes.

Steps To Connect

  1. 1. Open Connectors and choose a workspace.
  2. 2. In the Slack card, click Connect Slack with OAuth.
  3. 3. Approve the Slack app.
  4. 4. Return to Blitz.
  5. 5. Add a default channel ID, for example C012ABCDEF.
  6. 6. Optionally add a channel label, for example #ops.
  7. 7. Click Connect Slack to save the default destination.
  8. 8. Approve Post Slack workflow summary from a run output.

Needed

  • - The Slack app must be allowed in the target workspace.
  • - The bot must be able to post in the chosen channel.

Microsoft Teams

Microsoft Graph OAuth or access token

Microsoft 365 team updates and channel handoffs.

  • - Notify Microsoft 365 teams when proof artifacts are ready.
  • - Create a shared operational handoff for implementation review.

Steps To Connect

  1. 1. Open Connectors and choose a workspace.
  2. 2. In the Microsoft Teams card, click Connect Teams with OAuth.
  3. 3. Sign in with a Microsoft work or school account.
  4. 4. Approve Microsoft Graph permissions.
  5. 5. Return to Blitz.
  6. 6. Add the Default Team ID.
  7. 7. Add the Default Channel ID.
  8. 8. Optionally add a channel label, for example General.
  9. 9. Click Connect Teams to save the destination.
  10. 10. Approve Post Teams workflow summary from a run output.

Steps To Connect

  1. 1. Open Connectors and choose a workspace.
  2. 2. In the Outlook card, click Connect Outlook with OAuth.
  3. 3. Sign in with Microsoft and approve the mail permission.
  4. 4. Return to Blitz.
  5. 5. Confirm the mailbox email.
  6. 6. Optionally add a default proof recipient.
  7. 7. Click Connect Outlook to save defaults.
  8. 8. Approve Send Outlook proof email from a run output.

  2. 2. In the HubSpot CRM card, click Connect HubSpot with OAuth.
  3. 3. Approve the HubSpot app.
  4. 4. Return to Blitz.
  5. 5. Optionally add default lead email, pipeline ID, and deal stage ID.
  6. 6. For manual setup, paste a HubSpot private app access token and click Connect HubSpot.
  7. 7. Approve contact or deal actions from a run output.

  2. 2. In the Stripe card, click Connect Stripe with OAuth.
  3. 3. Approve Stripe Connect.
  4. 4. Return to Blitz.
  5. 5. Optionally add account label and default currency.
  6. 6. For manual setup, paste a Stripe secret key and click Connect Stripe.
  7. 7. Approve Create Stripe implementation payment link from a run output.

  1. 1. Open Connectors and choose a workspace.
  2. 2. In the Razorpay card, paste the Key ID.
  3. 3. Paste the Key Secret.
  4. 4. Add an account label.
  5. 5. Confirm the default currency, usually INR.
  6. 6. Click Connect Razorpay.
  7. 7. Approve Create Razorpay implementation payment link from a run output.

  1. 1. Open Connectors and choose a workspace.
  2. 2. In the WordPress card, add the WordPress site URL.
  3. 3. Add the WordPress username.
  4. 4. Paste a WordPress application password.
  5. 5. Choose the default page status.
  6. 6. Click Connect WordPress.
  7. 7. Approve Publish proof page to WordPress from a run output.

  1. 1. Open Connectors and choose a workspace.
  2. 2. In the WooCommerce card, add the store URL.
  3. 3. Paste the consumer key.
  4. 4. Paste the consumer secret.
  5. 5. Choose the default product status.
  6. 6. Click Connect WooCommerce.
  7. 7. Approve WooCommerce product creation from a catalog run output.

Steps To Connect

  1. 1. Open Connectors and choose a workspace.
  2. 2. In the Bitly card, click Connect Bitly with OAuth.
  3. 3. Approve Bitly.
  4. 4. Return to Blitz.
  5. 5. Optionally set the default domain and group GUID.
  6. 6. For manual setup, paste a Bitly access token and click Connect Bitly.
  7. 7. Approve Create short review link from a run output.

What Blitz Can Do

  • - Store Tableau Cloud or Tableau Server connection details.
  • - Test Tableau sign-in through the REST API.
  • - Prepare BI proof, dashboard, and analytics handoff metadata.

Steps To Connect

  1. 1. Open Connectors and choose a workspace.
  2. 2. In the Tableau card, add the server URL.
  3. 3. Add the site content URL if needed.
  4. 4. Paste the personal access token name.
  5. 5. Paste the personal access token secret.
  6. 6. Confirm the REST API version, for example 3.28.
  7. 7. Optionally add default project and workbook names.
  8. 8. Click Connect Tableau.
  9. 9. Run Test connection from the connector command center.

Notes

  • - Workbook publishing is not a full live execution action yet. Current support is connection, validation, and BI handoff readiness.

What Blitz Can Do

  • - Send test messages to a linked Telegram chat.
  • - Route approval and agent messages to Telegram.
  • - Give users a lightweight mobile approval channel.

Steps To Connect

  1. 1. Open Telegram integrations from the connectors guide or go to /integrations/telegram.
  2. 2. Choose the workspace.
  3. 3. Click Connect Telegram to generate a link code.
  4. 4. Open the Blitz Telegram bot.
  5. 5. Send the generated /start code to the bot.
  6. 6. Return to Blitz and click Refresh status.
  7. 7. Send a test message after the status changes to connected.

Notes

  • - Telegram lives on a separate setup page because the flow is bot-code based, not OAuth.
